How to make a payment?

What is the procedure if I choose atm

What is the shipping rate for the products?
We offer free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah Sarawak for parcel above RM100. However, there are some charges or requirements for COD service. You may refer the shipping rates and terms and conditions at our Delivery Page.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will arrive within 3 working days after we receive your full payment.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)?

Am I guaranteed to receive my package?

Will anyone know what is inside my parcel?
All package that we send out will be packed discreetly. There will be no indication regarding what is inside your package. Your package will be kept 100% secret from nosy neighbors and prying postmen.

It has been 3 days and my parcel is yet to arrive.
It would normally take 2-3 business day for delivery to the major town in Malaysia. However, the outstation order could take around one week to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, you may contact us for further assistance. Another great way to track your parcel where about is by using the parcel tracking code.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, but shipping fee will be calculated and provided once your order is confirmed. Please be informed that poppers is a form of gas liquid so it is considered a sensitive good, though sensitive good is actually a prohibited to send via air freight, but there is still a chance to get it cleared and released by the custom when it is not a peak season or special cases. Normally if custom has no serious inspection, the package can be easily clear and release, therefore the package will reach you very soon. But if the package has been rejected by the custom during the inspection, the package that we sent will return back to the seller which is dpoppers and the shipping that paid earlier is not able to reclaim from any other party. To be clarify dpoppers will not refund the shipping fee for the failure of custom clearance, alternatively you can attempt for the delivery by repaying the shipping fee or we will just refund and shipping fee is not refundable.

What is the warranty period for my orders?
Due to the fact that all products are related to sex and for hygiene purposes, we do not recommend product return. We have a strict quality checking process and we always make sure that products are in the best condition before we ship out.
However, we do recommend that you contact us (by clicking WhatsApp or Wechat ID: dpoppers or livechat below) within 24 hours from order received if you really feel that you need to return the faulty product.
